As we begin the new year, it is a good time to reflect on the last year’s events and happenings. Before diving into the new year, looking at what worked and what didn’t in the PAST year can help you make decisions for the upcoming year and the road before you.

I found a great resource to help with this introspection. Tsh over at Simple Mom has created a list of 20 questions to ask yourself and help you learn more about yourself.

For example:
What was your biggest personal change from January to December of this past year?
In what way(s) did you grow emotionally?

You can download a free PDF with all 20 questions. She also included a page with all 20 questions formatted for cutting apart and sharing with a small group.

This list was so helpful to me! I have been through some MAJOR changes in my personal life this past year. It has been a time of great struggle and personal growth. Working through the questions helped me to have some deep discussions with myself concerning all that happened.

Did you learn anything this past year?
