We are all different, us moms. We are all in different stages of our parenting. Some are married, some are not. Some work full-time outside the home, some work from home, some have their own business, and some devote the majority of their time to raising their family. (and none of those <– are better than the others)

These are very commonly used in business and the concept can transfer over to running your home as well. It helps you and everyone else know what the routine and expectations are in your home, which should in turn help your house run smoother (most of the time anyway!)
